"June" Salmon, W. S. Chandler, Dr. Forrest C. Allen and myself. I
figure that we can get a better administration of the tournament
plens with a general, or executive committee, of this size rather
than with a larger committee. The general scheme would be that each
selection committee would be charged with the selection of the best
N.C.A.A. team in that district, but that all the selection committees
will be working under the direction and subject to the supervision of
our general committee. Does that strike you as proper organization?
