is espetially true in high school play¢y? where. players. are, over,
anxious to enter game. and I)feel that adding above rule: will,be.a great
aid to the high school players. I have seen. officials sit.down..along
sideline, and Player enter, game and have tech, foul called for not
reporting. Personally I feel that in some,cases the official has been
the one at fault and should not charge player with tech. foul.
