Barber A further action of the new organization was a motion that twenty pereent of the funds distributed by Treasurer Metzdorf be loaned to the Committee for one year, in order that the Committee J pc have funds with v to meet current expense. May —— therefore, that freasurer Nicolson ead te to on A. Rowe, Treasurer, Address, Board of Edueation, Cle land, Ohio, Tw Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to comply with the action taken. I am assuming that the National High School Federation will send Mr. Rowe One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) , and thet Canada will supply Mr. Rowe with Twenty Dollers ($20.00), which ne place in our Treasurer's hands Tr Hundred Twenty Dollars ($320.00). These amounts are to be considered as a loan to the new Committee, seid loan to be repaid out of the 1936-57 reyal ty : All N.C.A.A.
