be officially accepted, (Carried)

MOVED by Kr, Rowe, that outstanding bills for postage; the
Honorerium of $500, to the liditor, and the printing of
the Questionraire, be taken care of cut of this fund,
the Treasurer disbursing the remaining funds to the
constituent menber bodies, Sec, by Mr, Salmon, (Carried),

At the suggestion of the Chairman, it was sgreed to pay the expenses
of the Treasurer to New York as an expense of this Executive Committe
