ARTICLE XII
Elections

Nominations shall be made by the Nominat-
ing Committee or in open meeting. BPlection of
officers shall be by voice or ballot. A can-
didate for each office who shall receive the
highest number of votes for said office shall
be declared elected. The election shall be held
under the direction of the Chairman of the
Nominating Committee.

ARTICLE XIII
Meetings

Section 1. The annual meeting of the As-
sociation shall be held at a time and place
to be set by the Board of Directors.

Section 2. -One-fifth of the Association’s ac-
tive members shall constitute a. quorum.

Section 3. Voting shall be by voice with the
exception of the election of officers.

Section 4. The usual order of business shall

be:

1. Introduction of new members,

3. Reading and approval of minutes.

4, Reports of officers.

5. Report of Board of Directors.

6. Standing Committee reports.

7. Other Committee reports.

8. Unfinished business.

9. New business.
