Indiana bas™et ball players go. In fact, Indiana basketball players
are enrolled in most of the major schools of the country. These boys
have been hclped either directly of indirectly in finance for their
college education, It would probably be sufe to estimate that twenty-
five per cont of the athletes who graduate cach yoar and chter collcge
do so because of their interest in athlctics and bccause they were
encouraged to enter by offers of ways and means of defraying exponses
in return for their services on the team,
