Lessen the importance of the free throw by increasing the
value of the field goal.

Some personal and technical fouls now listed to be penalized
by loss of the ball only--thus lessening the importance of
free throwing in 4 game.

Continued study and thought on how to coordinate and make
more uniform the work of our officials.

I would like to see the experiment tried--raising the basket.
