Dear Mr. Allen:

As chairman of the Rules Committee of
the National Association of Basketball Coaches it is
part of my job to gather as, much material as possible
regarding proposed changes and interpretations in the
rules.

To this end I am addressing this letter
to you and asking you to cooperate with this committee
by mailing me such proposals as have come to your
attention during the season, and upon which you believe
the Association should express an opinion.

The time is growing short, and it is
necessary that you send your suggestions by return mail
in order that all of the material may be organized for
the meeting.
