Dear Sir:

Find enclosed copy of the minutes of the annual meeting
of the National Basketball Committee of the United States
and Canada, held in New York City, Hotel McAlpin, April 14
and 15, 1934.

The Secretary has been incapacitated for some time on
account of a fractured ankle, and wishes to apologize for
the delay in the final preparation of the minutes.

The personnel of the sub-committees has not as yet

been decided upon. <A copy will be sent you later.
