Hepbron, as a Pub- licity Committee for this meeting. 2, The Chairman appointed William McK, Barber, A, Paul Menton, John Brown, Jr., H. A. Swaffield and William Rogers, as a Nominating Committee. Minutes On motion, it was voted not to read the minutes, as copies had already been mailed to all members of the Committee. Carried. Attendance at Meetings On motion, it was voted that only members of the Rules Revision Com- mittee shall attend the Rules Revision Committee meeting. Carried. On motion, it was voted that at the general meeting, on Sunday, when the Rules Revision Committee presents its report, that one member from each chartered board and one member from the Coaches' Association be invited to sit in at that meeting. Carried. Reports by Chairmen of the various sub-committees: I. Officials Committee - John Brown, Jr. Following the presentation of this report, these motions were made, seconded and carried: a. That the individual names and addresses of the registered officials will not be included in the guide, this coming season. The officials' section of the guide will contain the history and organization, to- gether with the names of the officers of the various Executive Boards of the Chartered Boards of Approved Basketball Officials, and the official organizations of the State Athletic Associations of the National Federation of State High School Athletic Associations, and such other properly accredited and recognized officials organizations. b. The Officials Committee be and is hereby authorized to pass upon those organizations to be published in the officials' section of the guide.
