My dear Mr. Schabinger:

Glad to have your letter giving acceptances
of McLaughry of Brown, Novak of Westpoint, McDermott
of Oklahoma, and Hagen of Oregon Aggies Sha by, @
soon as you get these acceptances, why would it not
be a good plan for you to go ahead, with authority
from the president and anyone else that you may want,
and have some stationery run out. I should think
that some very classy stationery, with the officers,
trustees, and members of the committe on the sheot,

would do a real bit of service. You — perhaps,

send twenty-five or fifty wheets to each officer or

member of the eommittec.

This work would entail some expenditure,
but, by using this stationery to make a proliminary
call for help in a rush enrollment to get funds, I.
believe that it would be a paying investment. You
can ask each one of the officers to s nd in their two
dollars at ones. This would give you over a hundred
dollars to work on, and each one of the members of the
Membership Committee could use this fact, that on the
first call for members, you had one hundred per cent
responses

What do you think of a monogram for the
National Basket Coaches Association? I have just
sketched one on a piece of paper here, and would ene
joy your doing the same thing. I made a very large
A to begin with and then set an N on the A. That
made the cross bar on the A handle the two B's, and
then a © encircling the major portion of the N and it
makes a pretty nifty monogram. Try it out, and, if
you think that something like this would go big, write
me about it.
