Article XVI. Amendments +

Section 1. All proposed amendments shall be submitted in
writing to a member of the Board of Trustees.

Section 2. The proposed amendment, together with the opinion
of the trustees shall be read and a two-thims majority of the members
voting in person, or by proxy, shall be necessary for the adoption of
the said amendment.

Article XVII. Districts.

Section 1. ¥or the purpoces of this Association, the United
States shail be divided into nine athietic districts as follows:

1. Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode
Island, Connecticut.

2. New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia.

3.Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, North
Carolina. |
