Any individual whose name has been dropped from the membership rolls, as provided in Section ® of this article, may apply for reinstatement to the Men- bership Committee, such application ‘to be accompanied by a tender of all fees currently payable, as provided in Article V hereof, and all fees as to which in- dividual has been delinquent. Thereupon the procedure specified in Article IV hereof @hall be followed. No individual eligible for reinstatement as herein pro- vided shall be eligible to apply for election as a new member under the provizions of said Article IV. ARTICLE VII ~ OFPICHRS Section 1. ARTICLE VIII ~ DUTIES OF OFPICSRS Section 1, Duties of the President and Vice-President shall be those usually per- taining to such offices. The Secretary-Treasurer shall supervise the association correspondence, tiaintenance of roster, notices of meetings, all fin.nces of the Association, and such other cuties as are incident to this office. The Secretary- Treasurer shall make an annual report to the Association.
