My letter of August 19, which you will receive
upon your return will probably answer yours of August 20.

fhe following are the officers of the organization
who have accepted their appointment: Dr. FB. ¢C. Allen,
University of Kansas, President; Mr. J. Craig Ruby, University
of Illinois, First Vice-President; Mr. L- P. Andreas, Syracuse
University, Second Vice-President; Mr. C. M. Price, University
of California, Third Vice-President; Mr. A. A- Schabinger,
Creighton University, Secretary-Treasurer.

For the Board of Trustees, the men who have
definitely accepted are: Mr. Howard B. Ortner, Cornell Univ-
ersity; Mr- Madison Bell, Texas Christian University; Mr- C. S&S.
Edmundson, University of Washington. I hope to hear from
Tebell at an early date.

In accordance with your former letter, I have
written to the coaches as per your appointments. Willi iet
you know as soon as 1 hear from them. I would be glad to
have you write to a number of them, especially those who are
to act as chairmen. If you will look at your letter of June
20 (written from Logan, Utah), the names of the coaches are
listed. There are no changes excepting D. O. McLaughry of
Brown instead of Butch Cowell of New Hampshire and in the
Bighth District it was definitely decided to ask E. L. Romney.

Regarding stationery, I would like to get the names
of the coaches on the various committees printed on this
stationery. As soon as I hear from these men I want to have
the constitution printed and get copies mailed out to every
coach we know.
