The purpose of the NeCeeAe is not to determine which out-
fit 4s superior, but 4% is the purpose to have a National Collegiate
Chempionship of America to determine the champions in its own orgen«
izations This is exnctly the same as the National Collegiate Track
Meet which is held each sumer, and it is the purpose of the NeCeAchs
to determine championships. :

do anything that I could for them, I lmow that this is an impossible
situation to even approache I have heard these faculty members
