TO OUR MUSIC LOVING FRIENDS:

_ The University of Kansas Band will present
its annual winter concert on Monday evening, January 21,
at 8:00 o'clock in Hoch Auditorium.

The special feature of the evening will be
a one hundred piece band, the best we have been able to
produce since the war dismembered our bands of pre-war
days. Four brilliant soloists will also be featured --
a violinist, a cornetist, a clarinetist and a marimba
soloist. We believe this will be an evening to be en-
joyed by everyone and we invite you to be present.

You will find complimentary tickets here-
with enclosed -- only the tax to be paid at the box of-
fice. Additional tickets will be sent upon request.
