A VETERAN who plans to have fis fees paid by the Veterans Administration should bk
sure that ‘his Certificate of Fligibility and Entitlement (VA Form 1953) is.
filed with the Veterans Training Service, Room 2, Frank Strong Hall, prior to
the opening of school.
