hold office until, upon their recommendation or upon its om initiative,
the Momorial Corporation shall replace the temporary organization by a
more pormanent onde

S-That if the Memorial Corporation continucs to maintain an office at
the University with a representative to look after plodges and
collections, it consider the possibility of moving its office to the
Union Building and having its representative assume general oversight
of the building under tho direction of the tomporary Board of Managencert:
with such porsonnol assistanco as the University may furnish as
suggested in 1 above,

6-That os soon as the membors of the tomporary Board of Management shall
have been olected (:or at least a majority of them) they shall be
called together by tho Chancellor for organization and to take over
such authority as the Memorial Corperation may delegate to them and
also to tako ovor the problom of planning the form of pormanont
organization as their oxperiorce may later indicate,
