This comparison must be made in the light of tho fact that in our caso the subsidy from State sourcos is lacking. It should also be stated here that the present foo of $1.93 per studont per annum will prove in the long run to be too low a fec to provide the services and adequate administration that a Union of our size should offor. In event of an atdition to the building the fee would cortainly bo totally inadequate to meot the increase of administrative and naintenance costs which an expansion would surcly entail,
