We have your letter of the 8th addressed to Mr. Medart, with
reference to royalty payments on Goal-Hi sales.

Evidently our letters passed each other in the mail as I sent
you, last week, the royalty due you for regular sales for the
second quarter of 1942. This answers the question in the second
paragraph of your letter.

You will continue to receive your regular royalty on regular
sales of the remaining limited stock of Goal-His which we have
on hand and which Mr. Medart mentioned in his letter concerning
the special government deal.
