Dear Mr. Allen,

The registrar of Kansas University informed me that
my grades from Tulsa University were to low for me to enroll
at Kansas University this fall.

The Dean of Engineering at Tulsa University sent a
letter of recommendation to Dean Jakosky at Kansas University
but he has not received my transcript. I was advised to write
the registrar and have him give my transcript to the Dean of
Engineering. I should hear within a few days whether I will
be able to enroll at Kansas University this fall.

I am still working out with the Tulsa Oilers and am
receiving some very valuable help with my pitching.

I am studying geological engineering. Do you believe
thet since I am taking this course I will be able to work while
I am attending school.

I would appreciate your opinion on this matter very
