On my desk this morning I received a wire fron
Otto Sehnellbacher eas follows: “Have decided to attend
Kansas State. Thank you for your consideration.”

He told me over the telephone last night whit
he was coming up to be a Jayhawker. He certainly made a
kaleidoscopic change from feathers to fur} Maybe the cool-
ness of the weather lest night due to the shower ceused him
to make a hasty change of raiment. |

I am sending you e carbon copy of the letter I
wrote the young man, and I moan ite Some fellows sell their
academic birthright for a meses of pottage. | .
