Dear Tre Peete:

If mental telepathy has anything to do with psychic commmication
between individuals, then you must have been getting a lot of short wave
messages, We think of you people everyday and often talk about you, but
we never communicate with yous . :

Life has been a hectic merryegoeround for us from the time vacation
‘started, after eight weeks of sumer session, until now. Of course, there
was no vacation for me because I was teaching at the University of Texas in
Austin, then at the High School Clinic in Topela. After that, I went to
Louisville with my family for a week, but had @ very important and busy
conference in Chicago with the lational Collegiate Athletic Association
regarding the basketball tournament. This meeting was heid September 6 and 7.

a We rushed home fron Chicago into the midst of one of the busiest
existences that I have ever experienced, but we are going to see you soon,
we hopes In fact, i had expected to run up to Hansas City and see you
before this, but i have never been in the City a single time since I got backs

Gur Varsity is practicing consecutive afternoons on Monday
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, I have been meeting the fresiaen at —
right on the same evenings, but I have & freshman ecach who helps me_
out and this relieves me a creat dealy I have had so much administrative —
work that it has kept me busy and turned me dizzy aS

no But why should I tell a hyperbusy man any of my troubles?

I that you are much busier than I am, However, we must get ¢ rth
end @ visit. I have a lot of things to talk to you about and I know

that the women folks can also find somthing about which to converses
