Bartlesville merchants have arranged special window displays
and street decorations. Local points of interest relating to the
life of Frank Phillips will be identified for the convenience of
guests. Billy Parker's old-time pusher plane, Goebel’s sky-
writing plane and other ships will be on display at Phillips
Airport until noon.

Petroleum Company’s Research Laboratories
and Bureau of Mines Building
