PROGRAM Stacks of postcards sent to Frank Phillips in a “postcard shower” by employees will be on display. All important events of the day’s program will be covered by newsreel cameramen and by radio broadcast. 1:00 P.M.—Skywriting of Birthday Greetings by Colonel Arthur C. Goebel (Winner of Dole Flight to Hawaii, 1927) 1:15 P.M.—Sky parade and air tribute 1:30 P.M.—Pusher plane flight (This 1912 biplane will be flown by Billy Parker, actual builder of the plane and head of the 66 air fleet.) 1:45 P.M.—Parade Before proceeding to the reviewing stand, Frank Phillips will drive the entire parade route to acknowledge greetings of the crowd Parade will consist of three sections: Section 1—Historical pageant of Frank Phillips’ life Section 2—Employee groups Each employee group has prepared a novel and interesting exhibit to appear in this section. The resulting 66 colorful entries represent the entire company personnel and will undoubted- ly be the most unusual and dramatic tribute of its kind ever presented. Section 3 — Special groups, including Osage Indians, Cattlemen’s Association, Civic Bodies, Boy Scouts, and others.
