Whenever possible, therefore, it will be advisable for those who have not made preliminary arrangements, to stop overnight in near-by towns such as, Tulsa, Pawhuska, Independence, Coffeyville, and Ponca City. Also, by arriving early in the morning, you will avoid traffic congestion and have more time to enjoy the full program of entertainment.
