I am so happy that you took the time to drop. me
a line and let us know that you are still a Jayhawk
fan. It is especially gratifying to know thet our
ex-students follow the results of our games, regardless
of how they might be.

As you know by now, we won the Big Six Champion-
ship undefeated, but we didn't fair so well in the play-
off for the N.C.A.A. against the Oklahoma Aggies last
Monday night. I suppose you won't have too much to
talk about in the defense of Kansas.

: It is fine that Richard is out of the Army and
even finer that he now has @ SPOUSE.

Be eareful of those All-American basketball
pleyers from Oregon. From what the boys tell me who
have been over seas, the nurses really get arounde
