Allen Director of Physical Education Division of Physical Education University of Kansas Lawrence, Kansas My dear Mr. Allen: I have your letter of October 29 and note what you say about admitting seniors in your department to the sessions of of the Kansas State Teachers Association meetings. I wish to say that by a ruling of the Board of Directors, a copy of which is enclosed with this letter, it is not possible to grant this request. This ruling may be changed at the December meeting of the Board, but as it has not been changed to date, I do not have any discretion in the matter. Operating under this ruling, we shall have to have door keepers at the department meetings and the round table meetings. The only exception to this rule is the Board of Education round table and the Parent Teachers round table. Perhaps after this year this ruling will be oneneee but for this meeting it will have to stand. xecutive Secretary. FLP:&S
