Raper EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE KANSAS STATE TEACHERS ASSOCIATION HELD IN THE ASSOCIATION HEADQUARTERS BUILDING IN TOPEKA, —- 20, 1935 The next item taken up was the item of whether or not the secretary should make any arrangements for the admission of students from colleges on a reduced admission charge at the time of the annual meetings of the Kansas State Teachers Association, The secretary explained the diffi- culty of handling this matter without a definite ruling by the Board. Folens this statement, it was moved by A. J. Stout, seconded by Ira 0. Scott, that the enubehany hereafter be instructed to gdmit no one to the annual meetings of the Kansas State Teachers Association except those persons who held either K.S.T.A. membership ecards, single admission tickets, or passes issued by the secretary, Motion carried.
