Dear Mr. Talbott:

On December 21 we sent you two molded
made Reach Basketballs which had split out in the
seams, end wrote you as follows:

"Will you please teke care of these
bells and get them back to us in time
for the opening of school on January 6.*

To dete we have neither heard from you
nor received the basketballse We thought you would
either repair them or replace theme

We would appreciate your prompt attention
to this matter since we are badly in need of these
baskethalise
