One of my closest friends is Paul Good, who is vice-principle of North High School. I talked with him yesterday in a confidential manner, He tells me that he personally talked to Doug Brown, who is the outstanding football player and captain of the team this year, regarding the trip of certain football players to Oklahoma University. Doug Brown told Paul Good that Jap Haskell had been up to Wichita and talked to them about coming down to visit Oklahoma University and that he agreed to pay all expenses of Che trips I believe they went in a car belongins to one of the boys, but expenses were paid by Oklahoma University. He questioned him particularly regarding whether it was Jap Haskell or his brother who had made the arrangements.
