captain of the 1922 Stenford football tean under Andy Kerr. Dudley —
DeGroot was the AcPs Aliwimerican selection in 1922, as well as on
the Pacific Const set-up. He is a wearer of the Phi Beta Kappa key
which attests to his eeadesie exellence.e At the present time he
is in the east in conference with President Alen Valentine, of the
University of Rochester, who was a Rhodes Scholar and a teamate

This fall Mrs DeGreot flew back fran San Jose to scout
wake University at Tuleme He stopped in Lawrence for a visit -
overni git with his brother, Ee Be DeGroot, who is in our Department
of Physical Edueatione Mrs DeGroot came to us this fell after a
wonderful recommendation from Join Bunn, dean of men at Stanford. ;
