Dear Reaves:

_ This will acknowledge your letter of February 12.
In my letter of November 4th I mentioned that Hinshaw
would be agreeable. I had assumed that you would go
‘ahead with that authorization and sign someone up.
Again I say that Hinshaw is satisfactory, so engage
hime

Now, whom have you for the other official? Time
is getting short and of course we would like to know.
Also, I. would like for you to find out at your earliest
convenience whom they are using down there. I understand
it is Ab Curtis, but who is working with Curtis?

I would prefer to get the same man who works there
to work our game here, Won't you get on this right away,
Reaves, and cet it settled? |

Personally, I would rather not use Carroll or
O'Sullivan in this game. This is reversing my attitude
as of November @th, but maybe you have the other man
picked. .
