We had a

very fine meeting at Kansas City over the weekend and I think
I saw every other coach in the Big Six and the Missouri Valley
but I didn't run across you. No doubt you changed your plans

at the last minute and did not attend the meeting.

_I certainly appreciate your trouble in writing to me and it may

work out sometime in the near future that I'll have an oppor-
tunity of working a game in this part of the country when your

team is playing.

I sincerely hope that you were not detained in attending the

sessions at Kansas City due to any ill
