Dear Reaves:

T have a suggestion that I wish to pass on to you
for your consideration.

Yke Craig, of Chicago, was one of the officials in
our game with Loyola last year. We liked his work very
much and hoped that we could have him for our game with
DePaul on January 31. We learned, however, that he had
another assignment for that date.

I wondered if it wouldn't be a good idea to have a
reference list of fellows like Craig who would be campe-
tent to work some of our Big Six games. There are times

when we_are unable to agree on officials with Missouri,
and someone like Craig might be the answer to the problem.
