Dear Dr. Allen,

Confirming our telephone conversation of November 7,
I suggest that Robert Oberfell be permitted to start physical
conditioning now, rather than next semester, if you can give
him a little special help. He should not do any swimming or
apparatus work, but can participate in marching, calisthenics
and games.
