Dear Mr. Nesmith:

No news is said to be good news. In your case I hope
this is true. You have now been using the Onox mats
long enough to have athlete's foot well under control.
A new case at this time should be the exception, either
brought in from outside or contracted by someone who
has not been using the mats regularly.

However, I have not yet heard from you, and cannot
be sure that you are getting the results that other
customers report.

Please answer the service inquiry on this sheet and
return by stamped envelope enclosed. Mark your re-
port, "Not to be reproduced" if you prefer, because
we sometimes print these reports where there is no
objection.
