SATURDAY—9:00 a.m.—A Children’s Training Class will be held in
the Church for all children wishing to unite with the Church on
Children’s Day. The Minister invites all interested to be present.

Dr. Hunt goes to Sedalia, Mo. this afternoon and will preach the
75th Anniversary sermon at the Methodist Church there. Dr. Hunt’s
father was minister to the Sedalia Church forty years ago.

 

The legal name of our Church is now “The Methodist Church”, ~The
word “Episcopal” has been eliminated since the Unification. :

The memorial basket of flowers has been presented by the Kanaga
family in memory of their mother, Mrs. Clara Kanaga.

 

A Downtown Summer Bible School will be held for three wenks, be-
ginning Monday, June 5 from 9 to 11 o’clock each morning. The Pri-
mary division will meet in Plymouth Congregational Church. The Junior
division meets in the First Christian Church. Dr. Theo H. Aszinan‘ is
the director. Co-operating Churches are: . First Presbyterian,. First
Baptist, Plymouth Congregational, First Christian and a Methodist.
