My dear "Phog":

Our fiscal year closed October 30th so we enclose
statement showing basket ball goals sold from June 28th,1937
to October 30th,1937 inclusive.

You will note there is a total of 1245 pairs, which
certainly is not bad considering this period is not a basket
ball playing period. Our check covering the royalty in the
amount of $31.13 will be enclosed.

As you know, we renewed our contract on goals and
we find that this expires October 1st,1938. We do not have
any basket ball in our line anymore with your name, and haven't
had for some time so of course there is no royalty due on this
item.
