Dear Jim:

I was out of town and upon my return em enswering
your letter. We certainly don’t want to meet in New York
when Mre Neat Holman*s geng is putting on the Promotional
Basketball Tournament, do we?

I don't mow what to saye Doubtless the rules
members do not want to meet when we ere holding our
tournament in Kanses City so I would only have one choice.
That is to meet in New York when Nat Holman's outfit is there
and when the Netfional Association of Basketball Coaches meeting
is being held. I would vote for anyplace but Nat Holman's
Gen of vice.

I have not heard from Floyd as yet, so imagine he
knows how I feel.
