Here is the result of the recent telegraphic vote relative to
time and place for the annual meeting:

No additional vote was received from Messrs. Cuminghan, Dole
and Jefferess. Judging from the vote of these men on the first
ballot, it is not probable that a new vote from them would have
changed the result.

It appears from this vote that the meeting will be in New York
on May 1st and 2nd. Further details relative to exact time and
place will be sent as soon as they are available.
