Dear Phog:

Replying to your letter of December 19th relative te the matter of the
Rules Committee meeting, wish to say that the only thing I could think of
would be to canvass the Rules Committee, see how many are going to be
present for the championship game on Saturday night, and then set aside a
group of seats for them, a little better located than were the seats last
year, It might add something to the publicity of the occasion to have
one of the photographers take a picture of the group of rules-makers,
watching the National Collegiate championship.

If you will advise me the name of the hotel which will be the headquarters,
I will write directly to the management in regard to the arrangement for
the meeting. I believe we can get a little better set-up than we had last
year, and can work out in advance just what we want in the way of
accommodations so that there will be no last changes necessary,

If anything further occurs to me in regard to changes, I will surely write
