Fifth District Representative of the National Collegiate
Athletic Associations As Chairman of this district
he automtically beecmes the Director of the Vestern
and the Natiomal NeCeAcie Tournaments I would suggest
that you write Mr. Edwards for informations

However, I might say that last year all teams
in the Western Play-off voted for the leather-stitched
balls Frosty Cos of Colorado, Sam Barry of the University
of Southern California, Bustsr Brannon of Rice and myselfe

Our Big-Six Conference uses the Riddell and the
Rewling Molded ball, but back Hast, and all the places
that we played during our trip, thoy used the leather~
