My answer to your inquiry regerding the Western
and Pinal Play-O0ffs hes been sent you stating that it has
been definitely determined that the Western Pley-Offs and
the Finals will be in Kansas City on the dates that 4 gave
you, namely, Meroh Sy 22, end 29.

- Yesterdey z received information from tire Ploya
Ae Rowe, Chairman of the Nationel Basketball Rules Committee,
that the Joint Basketball Rules Committee will meet in Kanses
City following our Finels which are pleyed on March 29. The
Rules Body will meet on March 30 end 31 in Kansas City, No.

This is the second time in the history of the Pules
Body thet they heve met in Kansas City.
