Dear Dr. Allen:

Thanks very much for your letter of March 15th. We'll expect
final details on your registration arrangements, whenever you hear
from your national officers,

There are at least two possibilities in arranging for a sight-seeing
tour, If you can provide a sufficient number of cars, on a volunteer
basis, and will give us some idea how much time you can devote to the
trip, we'll be glad to mimeograph a suggested routing for the drivers.
Would you want to allow an hour, hour and a half, or two hours for
sight-seeing?!

If there are any funds available for this purpose, we've found that
bus transportation is decidedly the most satisfactory, Mr. C. A.
Rennick of the Kansas City Public Service Company will arrange
practically any routing you may desire, on an hourly basis, Thirty,
passenger buses are available at $7.50 per hour running time and $2.00
per hour, standing time; or you can secure 37 passenger buses for
$8.50 per hour running time. This includes the services of a guide.
If no guides are wanted 30 passenger buses are available for $6.00 per
hour and 37 passenger buses for $7.00 per hour, If you happen to

get a little bad weather, volunteer transportation is not very satisfactory,

we've found, However, just let us know what you decide.
