Dear Phog:

As you probably have read in the newspapers, we are pretty much
in the air here at the Ayditorium, and so far don't know what
the outcome will be.

In that connection it occurred to me that from your standpoint
it might be advisable to protect yourself and your basketball
dates for next year, in the event of a change of Management.

Since we already have reached agreement, it seems to me that the
best course would be for us to enter into a contract on the
agreed basis in giving you an option on the dates that we are
holding for you. If this plan is satisfactory to you, let me
know right away, and I will shoot a contract up to you,
