Gentlemen:

This letter is confirmation of the following dates: March 22,
25, and 50, 1940, for the N.C.A.A. Regional and Final,

The rental charge for the use of the Arena is $300.00 per day
and includes all services such as light, heat, janitor service,

tickets, ticket sellers, ticket takers, and ushers.

We will be very happy to have you with us on the above men-
tioned dates, and our charge to you covers only the actual

expenses of the Building.
