Dear Doctor Allen:

Coach Brannon has handed me your letter with reference
to the distribution of funds from the national championship
in basketball.

As previously stated in my letter to you a few days
ago I believe your thoughts in this matter are entirely
correct, that proration should be paid on the basis of fifteen
men in the Western Division as was done in the Eastern Divis-
ion and then whatever there is in the surplus should be
prorated between the teams participating.
