Dear Mre Allen,

I have just received a copy of the letter from you to Mr. Olsen,
also copy of the letter from Mr. Olsen to you, and letter from you to mee

When I received statement from Mre Griffith, I did not write him
or either you or Mre Olsen, as I wished to hear from you first. The follow-
ing is my understanding in regard to the agreement made between the NeCeAche
executive committee and you, Mre Olsen, and myself,

First; that the NeCeAeAe would guarantee the expenses of all the
teams participating in any of the games, either in Eastern playoff, Western
playoff, or final games such expense, of course, to include not only traveling
expenses but hotel, meals, taxi, and any other necessary expensee

| ‘Second; distribution of reééipts of games would be thus;

ste 10% (ten per cent) of the amount remaining after deducting
the expenses of conducting the several tournaments from the total receipts,
to go to the NeCeAsAe (The amount to be deducted not to include team expenses.)

-. 2nde From the amount remining after the above, team expenses
to be deducted. (Team expenses to include not only traveling expenses but
also hotel, meals, taxi and any other necessary expense.)

Srde The amount remaining after the two above deductions to be

distributed as follows: 50% to the NeCeAeAe and 50% to the competing teams.
