Thanks for your letter of December 19th. I will
destroy the other letter and file your corrected letter in its
place. I appreciated your writing me as you did about the
basketball matter. I am sorry, however, that you did not
speak up when we were here together because the purpose of
the meeting was to see if we could decide on the proper
procedure to follow in this matter.

I am busy getting things together for the New York
meetings and hope you will be down there and, if so, that
we can have a good visit.
